Orders & Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and usually delivered within 7 to 12 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some items ship from different locations. You will receive tracking information for each package.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original condition. Contact us first and we will send you instructions. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.
Our Knee Pads
Will they fit me?
Our knee pads use adjustable straps designed to fit most adults. Adjust both straps for a snug fit that stays comfortable while you move.
What surfaces are they made for?
Concrete, tile, hardwood, gravel and most job site surfaces. The hard outer shell helps protect against debris and rough ground.
How do I clean them?
Wipe the shell and straps with a damp cloth and mild soap. Let them air dry. Do not machine wash or put them in the dryer.
Are they certified safety equipment?
Our knee pads are designed for comfort and cushioning. They are not certified personal protective equipment and do not replace any safety gear required by your employer or job site.
